He had a great sense of humor, and kept us on track to see everything. We shared the gondola and lift with skier which was fun. the only thing I would recommend is not to eat up top with the skiers. It was crowded and hot. It would have been more fun to eat in Zermatt and spend a little extra time in the town.”
